FIRST COAST HIGHER EDUCATION ALLIANCE AT A GLANCE

A Bit of Background

• The First Coast Higher Education Alliance, (FCHEA) was founded in 2005, and serves as an education resource to the local North Florida and South Georgia Community.

• FCHEA is comprised of regionally accredited colleges and universities that work in collaboration to increase awareness of the many higher education and professional development opportunities for and within our community

• FCHEA conducts higher education oportunity awareness expos and fairs at community and businesses in the Greater Jacksonville Area

• The education expos provide employers and organizations with a one-stop shop for their employees or members to pursue educational and professional development goals. The expos are casual and convenient forums where attendees have the opportunity to speak directly to various school representatives and search for a school that best fits their personal needs.
